Shipping policy: At Wendy's Jewellery, we know our customers come to us for their most important purchases. That's why we work hard to ship every item quickly and safely, at the lowest possible cost to you.
Our standard parcel carrier is UPS and we offer worldwide shipping with free $100 shipping insurance. Shipping and handling charges, based on courrier rates plus a small handling fee, will be shown when you check out.

No APO and other military locations or PO Boxes allowed. We are not responsible for mis-directed shipments. All orders are shipped using address provided by customer and verified electronically using UPS Address Verification. If the shipping address cannot be verified using UPS, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again. If the pacakage arrives at the wrong address that you provided and it is not retured by the receiver we are not responsible for the loss.
Due to insurance reasons, we won't ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma, Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia, and some that may be added over time! Although we provide some information here, it is only provided as a guideline and not legal advice on customs law, please consult with a qualified attorney or customs expert before making your purchase decision.
Return policy: We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewellery. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 60 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund of the purchase price or replace it - no questions asked. However all products should be returned in the original state they were received. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be accepted for exchange or refunds.
Wendy's Jewellery stands behind their merchandise and will try to repair it first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90 day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. However products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty.
In the event that you have exceeded our 90 day warranty period, Wendy's Jewellery will gladly repair your items. The return to us is free but the repair costs will be quoted to you before we begin the work and should you accept them, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repairs. Should you choose not to repair the item, we will ship your item back to you at no additional cost.
